Ambassador Program Point System:

1. Referral Points:

   • 5 points for each referral who books a paid session.

2. Review Points: (mandatory to begin earning points in the program)

   • 1 points for leaving a positive comment on a review platform (Google, Facebook/Instagram, etc.).

   • 1 additional bonus point for a detailed and positive review with photos from the session.

3. Personal Booking Points:

   • 5 points for each personal session booked with Ladybird Photography. (Milestone Collection booking counts as total of 10 points, as collection is already a discount bundle.)

4. Social Media Points:

   • 1 point for each social media post featuring images from your session with appropriate tagging & mentions.

   • 1 bonus point for re-sharing a Ladybird Photography social media post with the appropriate tagging & mentions.

   Client Rewards Based on Points Earned:

   • 5 Points: Digital download of one additional edited photo from a past session.

   • 10 Points: 8x10 print of a favorite photo from a past session.

   • 20 Points: 15% discount on the next booked session.

   • 30 Points: Digital download of 15 digitals from a past archived session.

   • 40 Points: 25% discount on the next booked session.

   • 50 Points: 11x14 canvas print of a favorite photo from a past session.

   • 60 Points: Full gallery digital download from a past session.

   • 70 Points: One Free Mini Session as offered by Ladybird Photography through the year.

   
   
   

Fine Print: Ladybird Photography Ambassador Program

1. Eligibility: Participation in the Ladybird Ambassador Program is open by invitation to Ladybird Photography clients who have booked and completed a photography session as of Fall 2023. This program is not open to employees or immediate family members of Ladybird Photography.

2. Points Accumulation: Points earned in the program are non-transferable and have no cash value. Points expire after two years from the date they are awarded.

3. Referral Bonus: Bonus points for referral clients apply only to new clients who have not previously booked with Ladybird Photography.

4. Reviews: To earn review points, clients must provide a public review on designated platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook/Instagram). One review per platform per session is allowed.

5. Personal Booking Points: Personal booking points are accrued by the family and not per individual. Only one family member's session booking points count towards the family's Ambassador point total.

6. Reward Redemption: Rewards may be redeemed upon reaching the specified point thresholds. Rewards are subject to availability and scheduling.

7. Discount Rewards: Discounts are applicable to photography sessions only and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

8. Mini Session: Free mini sessions must be scheduled in advance. Locations and dates offered are subject to Ladybird Photography's discretion. Mini sessions do not include additional services or prints, except as specified. Ladybird offers mini sessions at least 3 times a year.

9. Canvas Prints: Canvas prints are subject to the availability of the chosen image in Ladybird Photography's archives.

10. Full Gallery Download: Full gallery downloads include all edited images from a past session.

11. Program Changes: Ladybird Photography reserves the right to modify or terminate the Ambassador Program, its rules, and its rewards at any time. Notice will be provided to program participants if significant changes occur.

12. Privacy: Any personal information provided to Ladybird Photography for this program will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties.

13. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the Ambassador Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Ladybird Photography. Ladybird will do their best to keep up with tracking online point totals from social media shares. Feel free to contact Ladybird after sharing online to ensure points have been tallied.
